🐎 Grand National Excitement at Aslockton!🐎
This morning, I brought the thrill of the races right into the home, as I visited all residents to choose their horses for the Grand National sweepstake! 🎉 The staff also had a separate sweepstake.
There was plenty of excitement, friendly competition, and lots of hopeful winners picking their favourites 🏆🍀
Residents were invited to the Clayton lounge to watch the races this afternoon to eagerly see whose horse came out on top! 🤞🐎

The 'Easter bunny' delivered treats to all residents this morning, hopping in and out rooms and shaking her bunny tail, and recieved lots of smiles and laughter in return ♥️ 🐰🐇. This afternoon downstairs residents played 3 games of Easter picture bingo and won Easter eggs for prizes, kindly donated back to us from the raffle. We also shared a prayer and listened to hymns to finish the afternoon off.

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE 🐣🐰...congratulations to our 6 Easter raffle winners drawn out by our residents on Friday, we raised £224!!! Including 2 very kind donations.thank you to everyone that donated and bought tickets ❤️🙌 also thanks to bottesford Co op for donating treat for the residents and sue for our lovely basket of treats , the Easter bunny will we doing the rounds shortly 🐰🙈🤣

A few bits from a busy week, puzzles, painting, pom pom wreaths, hairdressers aswell as Weekley chair exercises, crossword, bingo, 1-1's and a theatre performance of the importance of being Earnest. Always promoting interaction,socialising and inclusion to encourage happy residents ❤️

New prizes to our Easter raffle...huge thanks to boyes at bingham for £30 voucher, co-op at Albert street newark , co op bingham and Rhonda our GA for knitting the fabulous fox, and everyone else thats added or bought tickets so far, so very kind 🙌❤️🤞... Still a week to get your tickets
