Many of us have the pleasure of seeing how brilliant Rock Tots is for our little ones’ development, but to have an exploratory study confirm and publish this is amazing and gives us much joy!

Dr Nicole Gridley from Leeds Becket University has just published the results of her paper about our sessions and programme, with some incredibly interesting and positive findings. More about this in our posts to follow.

Who is coming climbing with us this new year? Some of our team have been off over Christmas so we are all super excited about seeing everyone this January. We can’t wait to climb with you all again and meet lots of new little climbers.

Our head coach and founder Rachel Briggs (from our Sheffield team) had one of her best days out in the Peak District, doing what she loves most in the world, sharing climbing with others. She took the wonderful children from Little Puddle People out for a climbing adventure, on the Gritstone.
