Present Mind is a group of three Mindfulness teachers – Emma Wardropper, Caroline Raven and Roz Kings. We are passionate about teaching Mindfulness and making the techniques accessible to everyone. We teach Mindfulness to a variety of private sector, public sector and charitable organisations and to the general public. We also offer psychotherapy support to organisations and the general public and

vocational rehabilitation support to organisations. We are based in the Midlands (Nottingham, Loughborough and Birmingham) and travel nationwide when required.

However it's great that Caroline is back from her holiday and will be running the Monday Midday Mindfulness Sessions throughout most of August, starting on the 2nd.
Please note, there is no session on the 9th August.
