"Just an update. I had the reversal done November 2023, after taking letrozole, no success... I finally have my BFP (big fat positive)! Unsure how far gone as i only found out last night after having positive ovulation tests. I will update once i have had a scan to check everything is as it should be!

"My husband and I came in a year ago and Dr Dobson did my sterilisation reversal. Not only was the care and experience wonderful at the time and the recovery comfortable (thanks to the pain relief!) but this week we had our 6 week ultrasound and had our baby confirmed to be correctly placed in the womb and they could even see a tiny flickering heartbeat."
