Aebal Leisure is an exciting Nottingham based Micro Provider offering an extensive range of sports, leisure and social activities for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Our service acts as a bridge for individuals to feel more connected to their community and enables them to participate in fun and stimulating leisure activities of their choice. Working closely with individuals, their families and social workers, we provide information on various opportunities and then deliver the specialist support needed to become involved in an activity. Through person-centred sports and leisure activities, Aebal Leisure offer a welcome contrast from tired routines and a means for getting active out in the community.
