Yoga is not just a 'fad' its a way of life, connecting to yourself, having time to be calm and peaceful and quieten a chattering mind. I believe yoga helps us with coping with a busy life and helps us regain mental and emotional strength by having time to let go, focus on the moment, breathing properly and allowing ourselves this special time. Children are also very sensitive to yoga, I teach fun yoga but find that mini meditations are worth so much more, children need moments of stillness too. Namaste
