Interesting when you ask people about just sitting and doing 'nothing'
Like 'nothing'
No plans, no questions, no checking, no reflecting, no projecting, no back tracking ..wow...yeah the mind is soooo busy isn't it...
Can you imagine how much easier life and choices, anxiety and overwhelm would be if we actually learned this new skill?
Yes it's actually becoming "a thing"
Nothingness ......👇👇👇👇👇
But it's linked to SO MANY belief's / untruths!
* It's lazy
* You have to earn rest
* Guilt- how can you stop
* Fear - there's just too much to do
* It's weak, where as it's good to look busy/productive
* It's crippling to sit with your own mind...it's easier to stay busy
* It doesn't even feel good because it's filled with all the above
I've been helping and guiding so many women with this. Slowly changing these beliefs and deepening presence in a different way, in a way that feels freeing and empowering. Yes, it usually does involve some therapy, around the energies and emotions attached to the past...but it's often very soothing and enlightening to realise and let it go.
You have the choices ..
Sometimes you just don't realise...
