It is Friday, not the end of our week and this is because Break Barriers Limited , we are on a 24hr clock.

However, it is good to come to the end of an office role week.

Here at Break Barriers, we use every opportunity to evaluate ourselves and this is exactly what we did when we received this review.

This Customer is now able to access her records digitally.

We are moving upwards, because getting our ratings back, is our fuel to do and Implement better.

This reviews shows we are consistent in our service delivery. 6yrs of service and our Customer is still satisfied.

Hello, hello, hello.

Excuse my silence and I hope you did not see this as absence.

You see, I too have daily challenges, but still I have to find ways of running an effective service that Customers value and need.

My granddaughter was in hospital and my time was needed with her.

Not to worry, I am back with another great review of our staff and services provided, right here Break Barriers Limited .

This one was picked up by email just last week and so I decided to share it.

Well done to our staff, who continue to see the extra mile as part of service provision.

Staff who don't just turn up, but staff who show up and with Purpose.

Customer name was blot out to protect her identity.

No Robots around here.
