Meet Dr Rachael Wheatley 🌿

Dr Rachael Wheatley is an HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Forensic), a BPS Chartered Psychologist, and a fully trained therapist with over 20 years’ experience. 💬

Rachael works with adults, including both non-forensic clients and those with forensic histories. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focused ACT (FACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Intensive EMDR. 🌱

Rachael has completed all three parts of EMDR UK accredited training and is now an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. ⭐

Dr Rebecca Money is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist working with young people and adults, offering both assessment and therapy. Her approach is integrative, evidence-based, and always tailored to each individual’s unique needs. 🤍
With experience across the NHS, local authority, and independent services since 2012, Rebecca continues to work part-time in the NHS alongside running Dr Rebecca Money Psychological Services, established in 2022. 🌿

Relax & Renew Reflexology with Bev 👣✨

Reflexology is an ancient therapy based on the idea that different areas of the feet and hands correspond to different parts of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points during treatment, reflexology may help support the body’s natural healing processes, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep. 🌿💆‍♀️

Bev qualified as a reflexologist in 2025. Before this, she worked for 16 years as a respiratory nurse specialist after qualifying as a registered nurse in 2000. Through her own life experiences, Bev discovered just how powerful reflexology can be in supporting wellbeing.

Reflexology first helped her manage stress and anxiety, and she quickly saw how beneficial it could be. It also became an important source of support during her fertility journey, helping her cope with heightened anxiety, sleep better, and feel more relaxed throughout pregnancy. Later, during the menopause transition, reflexology again played a valuable role by improving sleep, reducing stress, and lifting her mood. 🌸

These personal experiences inspired Bev to train professionally so she could offer others the same sense of support and wellbeing. After qualifying in February last year and completing a specialist menopause course, she now offers extended treatments tailored to support women through the menopause transition. 💖
