Twelfth Day of Advent – Friction can create painful, deep burns. Burns that cross joints and hands require therapy to avoid developing scar contractures. Don’t use a treadmill when children are in the same room, and after use, always unplug 🔌

Fourth Day of Advent – Rubber can deteriorate over time, so always check the condition of your hot water bottle before every use, never fill hot water bottles with freshly boiled water, and throw away after 2 years of use 💧
