Essential oils have their own unique personality…maybe gentle and soothing with a comforting hug or vibrant and zesty with a bit of get up and go.

Some you may find smell beautiful, some you may not. We are often attracted to the things that bring a deeper healing. Our intuition, gut instinct can guide us if we choose to listen.

However, it’s the essential oils we shy away from that may be exactly what we need. And the more we become acquainted with these essential oils, over time, the smell may change because something has shifted and changed within us.

One day, we may think, “Oooh, this essential oil is actually quite nice!”

Essential oils work on all levels of our being. Sometimes this can be quite subtle and we don’t always realise until we look back and see a shift in our own energy. Maybe it’s a gentle shift of a thought pattern or a spark of clarity to guide you in a new positive direction.
