is a seriously difficult transition.

Remember, whilst those realisations that emerge might appear like a glaringly obvious ways out - truths by which to live your life for and around, they are temporary yet necessary personal realisations.

An example, 'everyone is good!'
I declared this to my husband as it had shone out to me, like a blindingly obvious truth... which it is... and isn't.
The sense of epiphany - the overwhelming clarity was astounding, yet only a teeny wee part of the human puzzle.

Yesterday I happened upon a post by British celebrity who is sharing her perimenopause journey.
I remember so well the, 'I don't care, I don't give a f***' realisation she shared.
Such a release from a self-imposed people pleasing unconsciousness, it was a total release from having to be bothered ever again - phenomenal!

What's important , which can be seriously difficult for us as strong communicators, is to not take these realisations literally. That is, it's important they don't get stuck in our heads.

Instead, breathe, breathe, breathe, activating and enjoying these most profound experiences of our transformational journey.
Experience them fully - mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, - expressing them inside and out, and shake it all about.

BTW... we will always be warm, nurturing, compassionate and caring souls... just not imprisoned by it
The 'not being bothered' is our first step into peace in ourself and with the whole...
there's nature-based activity required in untangling the rest.

A-may-zing !

I've spent sooooo long properly interested in other people, life and making life better for us all, that I'd blocked most from seeing me let alone showing any interest in me!

The thing is the blocking was a necessary protection measure.

Built up from experience long past - personal and that passed down through parents and society, blocks hold me in good stead whilst I sort the wheat from the chaff.

What's more...

Those who really matter - the stars continue to shine through ✨️

Some shining light on my qualities, others helping, accompanying and guiding me on my way.

Just witnessed the return of a squadron of Canadian geese for their overwintering on the millpond... soul-nourishing splendour.

There's always more to enjoy in an AONB, and it's a pleasure and a privilege of being part of ensuring it remains just what it is... natural.


and the closer connected we are with its phenomenalities, the closer we are to ourselves 💫🌏💚🍃

I'm in the process of setting up a private group, 'Being your Nature' a space for weekly Lives and group sessions in the spirit of exploring and realising our own nature.

With increased personal freedom comes revelation... and the potential to build the world the way you would choose it to be.

When you live happily ensconced in nature - yours as well as the planet's and the wider Universe's, there's real opportunity for those revelations to power ongoing organic growth and personal flourishing.

Our blocks - physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual get in the way; at best hindering, at worst, stopping our organic transformative process.

Untangling those blocks provides opportunity to free and unify mind, body, spirit, soul and self... freeing you to be you more clearly in the world.
We are already in the process of building our future world.

Oh my word !

Love this life...

So, in professional terms, to say last night's Live was a car crash would be putting it mildly 😂

Yet it also turned out to be personally transformative. I had one of the best times ever, and I woke up feeling great - freer!
Like I'd shed one massoof load of worry-wortness.

And that's what it's inspired - it is going to be so much better next week!

It's true, when set free, we fly !!!

The thing is, we hold all the locks... and the keys . .

All of which can be unravelled... and sooooo much easier when grounded in nature and fuelled by love, light, joy and good wishes 💫
