Acorn House Care Home, Nottingham We're a warm, welcoming residential and dementia care home dedicated to supporting older adults who need compassionate, 24/7 care. It’s in every little detail.

Located in a homely setting, we provide private ensuite rooms and specialise in caring for individuals living with dementia. Acorn House opened in 2013 and is situated in Carrington in the heart of the local community. At Acacia Care we offer exceptional levels of person-centred care and the highest possible quality of life, in terms of both luxurious accommodation and support, all provided within an exquisite purpose-built property surrounded by delightfully landscaped gardens. All this is complemented by support and care delivered by highly trained, dedicated and professional staff who are passionate about providing the best care through bespoke care plans that are as unique as you are. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Martin and Joy will be taking on the Tissington Trail Marathon on 26th April to raise funds for our residents!
Martin will be running the full marathon (26.2 miles) while Joy will be running the half marathon (13.1 miles).
This is a first for both of them, and we’re so proud of their dedication!
Our fundraising goal is £250, and every donation will go directly towards enhancing the wellbeing and daily life of our residents. Your support will make a real difference.
