Our Mission...

At Prime Performance Physiotherapy we love to help people in their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and above live a life that they deserve! This means a life free from painkillers, where you don’t have to worry about bothering the doctor and can enjoy all the things that you love in life, without the fear of pain holding you back.

Pain can arise at the most inconvenient time. We know it’s very tempting to just rest it and hope it will “go away on it’s own”, that you’ll wake up one day and the pain will have just disappeared. But unfortunately that is not often the case and often for those that do wait there pain ends up worse than it was when it first began.

We also know it’s easy enough to reach for the painkillers to kill the pain, but these painkillers are no good for your long-term health and are merely masking the pain. You may even feel confused or sceptical because in the past you sought advice from other Healthcare Professional’s which did not help your situation.

Does this sound like you?
