Today’s client came in struggling with strong sugar cravings — something so many people quietly deal with 🍬
We began with EFT (tapping) to reduce the intensity of the cravings and calm the nervous system. Once that urgency softened, we moved into hypnosis to start reshaping the patterns underneath — creating more supportive thoughts around food, balance, and healthier habits.
By the end, the shift was noticeable. Less pull, more calm, and a sense of being back in control rather than fighting it.
