She wanted to look like herself — just fresher.

So what did we do?
• Restored mid-face support
• Softened peri-oral shadows
• Added a conservative 0.5ml lip refinement to harmonise the lower face
• Maintained her anti-wrinkle plan

Many people assume disappointing results from aesthetic treatments mean they need more treatment — but often it’s about planning, timing and consistency.

In medical aesthetics, the most natural, long-term results from anti-wrinkle and skin treatments usually come from a structured approach rather than isolated appointments.

Skin quality, muscle movement and facial ageing all work together, which is why thoughtful aesthetic treatment planning matters.

This is the direction I’m moving toward in clinic, focusing on long-term results, not quick fixes.
