Empowering Parents: Week One! 🌟
What a fantastic start to our 6-week journey with the Neurodivergent Parenting Group 💬

This week we focused on introductions, building connections, and laying the foundations with an overview of ADHD and Autism. We also took some time to bust a few common myths - a great reminder of how important accurate, compassionate understanding is. 💡

Led by the amazing Martha Hume (Specialist OT), we’re so excited about what’s ahead. Each week brings more insight, support, and strength for our parenting journeys.
