1 month in… and what a start 👏

Balance Health Nottingham has officially been open for a month, and the momentum has been incredible.

We’ve welcomed a huge number of new members through our doors, with more joining every day. The energy in the space is exactly what we set out to create — welcoming, motivating and genuinely different.

☝️In just 1 month, we’ve already seen:
• A thriving gym community building daily
• Reformer Pilates sessions filling up fast
• Mat Pilates and Yoga launched in our new Wellness Studio
• Physio, health assessments and podiatry open on site
• More and more people choosing a joined-up approach to their health

And our open MRI was safely delivered!
