Sineu is steeped in history, every street is lined with interesting architecture and blonde stone buildings, and the main square is home to lots of independent cafes and eateries.

What’s included;

6 nights accommodation (sharing twin rooms)

Morning and evening yoga and somatic movement.

🎄 SOMATIC MOVEMENT
🎄RESTORATIVE SESSION.

Sunday 14th December 10am - 12.30pm

It’s a beautiful but busy time of the year and self care often takes a back seat. So let’s pull down the blinds, switch on the fairy lights and join me for 2 & half blissful hours just for YOU ❤️

You will be guided through a gentle mindful somatic practice designed to bring attention to the present moment and gratitude.

I will then guide you through a dreamy restorative session while cocooned in fluffy blankets and then moving into an extended savasana so you can drift off into serenity💕

After we will feel into the Christmas spirit listen to festive tunes, enjoy hot chocolate , mince pies and cookies.

This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support you to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This 2 hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.

🌿 A little life update.

I’ve started a new journey as an Ambassador for Tropic Skincare.
