The Original Mansfield Mind Body & Spirit Show
11&12 April at the John Fretwell Complex, Sookholme Road, Mansfield NG19 8LL
10am to 5pm each day - £5 daily admission; £8 two days U16s no charge

Come and join us for the Mind Body & Spirit Show, which has been going strong for over 30 years. It’s the ultimate place to experience all things MBS.

Each day at 10:15 am, Milla’s African Drumming workshops are a must-attend. We’ll provide drums, but feel free to bring your own djembe or hand-held drum. Together, we’ll create a lively atmosphere to kickstart your day. Catch Milla again at 16:45 when he provides another Drumming workshop to close the show.

If you’re interested in MBS, this is the event for you. It’s family-friendly and welcomes everyone with open arms.

Over 40 stalls to browse, free talks and presentations covering a wide range of mind, body, and spiritual topics, and a free prize draw to enter. It’s a great way to spend a day and learn something new.

With the Ostara workshop completed this Thursday: people went home with their handmade baskets, painted blown eggs and polystyrene bunnies. The Ostara altar still remains for blessings and wishes.

After a good tidy up, the room is set for next Saturdays 101 mediumship workshop. Veronica will be teaching us the basics of opening up to spirit and how to unlock communication to those already on their path. Price includes her book, Spiritual Awakening.
