As the seasons change and the cooler weather sets in, it's common to feel a bit of discomfort in our bodies due to the drop in temperature. It’s a great time to focus on self-care, whether that’s through relaxation, pampering, or gentle movement.

Today's client had a sports massage followed by targeting some trigger points in her shoulders with dry needling treatment.
Dry needling may provide relief for some muscular pain and stiffness. In addition, easing the trigger points may improve flexibility and increase range of motion. That's why this method is often used to treat sports injuries, muscle pain, and even fibromyalgia pain.
