What Is PLLA?
PLLA stands for Poly-L-Lactic Acid, a collagen-stimulating injectable treatment.
Unlike traditional dermal fillers that give immediate volume, PLLA works by encouraging your own skin to rebuild collagen gradually over time.
During your treatment, PLLA was injected into the deeper layers of the skin where natural collagen has diminished. Over the next several weeks, the product will gently stimulate your fibroblast cells to create new, fresh collagen. This leads to natural, subtle and long-lasting rejuvenation.

Aftercare Instructions
To achieve the best and safest results, please follow the guidelines below:
Massage – The 5-5-5 Rule
Massage the treated areas:
5 minutes • 5 times a day • for 5 days
This helps distribute the product evenly and supports optimal collagen stimulation.
What You May Experience
• Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness — this is normal and settles quickly.
• Small lumps may be felt under the skin initially; massage will help them soften.
