We are proud to announce that LD Physio are a sponsor of Jonny Young British Paracanoe athlete currently competing in the KL3 M 200m at the Paracanoe World Cup in Brandenburg, Germany.

Jonny has made it through to the semi finals so far, which will be held on Friday with the final on Sunday.

It's submitted.

Was getting it together as big and scary as I imagined? No, not in the slightest. The website and resources are very helpful in guiding you.

What were the speed bumps? Generally having the time between work and family life to complete it.
The portal is a pain and loses work if you don't hit save or leave it open for a while so use a word document.

Also, the numbering of the supporting documents get uploaded seems entirely random and you have no way of controlling it.

For those still yet to submit, you have until 30th April.
