We are a family run nursing home in Beeston which is part of Landermeads Nursing Home Goodman House is our newest house to be created.

Goodman House is part of Landermeads Nursing Home which is located in Chilwell and has been established since 1986. We are a family ran nursing home with lots of experience of supporting people with many different nursing needs and are proud to explain that we have in the past been rated Outstanding by CQC. We opened our doors in August 2001 to welcome people to live with us in our 10 bed house. Goodman House offers support to those who face significant and complex challenges with their daily lives and who may express their emotions through behaviours of concern. It is situated 3 minutes’ drive from Landermeads and will be governed by the same leadership team. We are spacious home which is fully accessible with a lift running across all of the floors, we have several large bathrooms and shower rooms, ensuite bedrooms, an accessible kitchen and a large garden to enjoy. We are only a few minutes’ walk to Beeston Town Centre where there are plenty of shops, café’s and a cinema. The bus and tram stops right outside our door which provides access to Nottingham City Centre and Derby and we are only a few minutes’ drive away in our minibus to the beauty of Attenborough Nature Reserve and Wollaton Hall and Park and much more.

Our Winter Coat Drive is back and is available daily from 9am! The rail will be outside the front gate for everyone to help themselves.

If anyone has any coats to donate, that would be helpful and much appreciated.

Hello Everyone.
After the huge success of the Winter soup kitchen and coat drive we would like to do something over the summer months to continue giving back.

Anyone who has had to foot the bill for a school uniform knows how ridiculously high it can be and with the cost of living continuing to rise we would like to again, help out our local community were we can!

We are asking for school uniforms and children's summer clothing your kids, grandkids, sisters, brothers, cousins etc no longer need or wear. We hope to have the rail outside our gates the first week of August and throughout the summer holidays.

Please drop any donations at Goodman House Chilwell Road, and spread the word!
