It takes a village… and dads need one too 💙

We always hear how important a village is.

Mums find theirs in baby classes and group chats, sharing advice, learning from each other, figuring things out together.

Dads don’t always get that.

This is a space for dads to do the same, to share, get advice, feel understood, and just be around others who get it.

Upcoming events:
1) Walk at Wollaton Park, 9th May, 2:30pm
2) Little Foxes Play Cafe, Beeston, 30th May, 2 to 4pm

More coming soon, walks, toddler football (), soft play (), Pizza and Ponytails (), U5s bouldering ), messy play (), weaning classes () and more.

Come along if you’ve been thinking about it 💙

Some parents choose to share a bed with their baby. Many parents fall asleep without meaning to, with the baby in bed with them.

The Lullaby Trust provides information on how to co sleep more safely. There are some situations when co-sleeping is very dangerous and should be avoided. These include after drinking alcohol, if anyone in the bed smokes, if anyone has taken drugs or medication causing drowsiness or if your baby was premature.

Sleeping on a sofa is very dangerous for a baby and should always be avoided. It increases the risks of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by up to 50 times.
