The end of August marks the close of the summer holidays, and as September approaches, many of us feel the pull to return to routine.
This peaceful evening offers a chance to pause before the rush begins — to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and ease gently into the new season.

* Gentle Pilates to activate your deep core and support healthy posture
* Calming breath work to soothe the nervous system and ease mental tension
* Guided meditation to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and nourished
No experience needed — just bring yourself, wear comfy clothes, and come with a willingness to unwind.
