✨ One thing I’m focusing on more is daily movement.
It’s so easy to overlook just how beneficial something as simple as walking can be.
You don’t need to run marathons for it to count as exercise — just getting your body moving and spending time in daylight at this time of year can have such a positive impact ⭐️
Walking supports mental health, heart health, bone density, pelvic floor strength and helps reduce how sedentary we can become.
Small steps really do add up 💛
