What an incredible day 💫

Days like this are exactly why I love teaching Reiki.
Today I had the honour of working 1:1 with a Level 2 student as she practised a full session for the very first time using the Reiki symbols. Watching her gently scan the energy, feel what was needed, ground and protect herself, and consciously use the symbols to empower and align the space was honestly magic.
She worked on her cousin, and the shift was tangible — not just in the energy, but in her. You could literally see her confidence grow as she realised:
“I can feel this. I can trust this. I can do this.”

This is the moment Reiki truly clicks.
When the mind softens, the intuition steps forward, and the Universal laws of energy flow into practice — where intention, presence and alignment create real, embodied healing.
I absolutely love working with students who prefer a slower, more integrated path.
Small groups.

Learning in stages so the nervous system, the energy body and the soul can fully integrate each level — rather than rushing through.

Yesterday we gathered in the Salt Spa Cave for a deep Full Moon cleanse & release 🌕

This wasn’t just any Full Moon — it marked the final Full Moon of the Year of the Snake, arriving right as we move into Eclipse Season.

Eclipses are cosmic turning points. They accelerate change, bring truth to the surface, and gently (or not-so-gently 😉) close chapters that are no longer aligned.

🌛Today’s Salt Spa Grounding New Moon Session🌜

We have just shared the most powerful New Moon Salt Spa session today — one of those experiences you feel long after it ends.

The energy was deeply grounded, calm yet expansive, as intentions were set with clarity and purpose.

There was a real sense of co-creation in the space — not wishing, not hoping, but consciously choosing the next chapter and anchoring it into the body.

The Himalayan salts held everyone beautifully, calming the nervous system, grounding the mind and allowing the energy to settle where it needed to most.

Through the words spoken in meditation, the wisdom of the zodiac and the support of the angels, new energetic imprints were created — aligning mind, body and soul to what each person is ready to build next.

This New Moon reminded us of something simple and powerful:

✨ We hold the power

✨ Intention is everything

✨ When we slow down, clarity arrives

I’m so grateful for every soul who trusted the space and themselves today 🤍
