Nottinghamshire South Mobile The South mobile is a mobile youth lorry, which is basically a youth centre on wheels!

South mobile youth club operating in the evenings and throughout the week at various locations mainly around Gedling District and Broxtowe District,

Our trained, skilled and professional youth workers will engage with young people, to facilitate positive and fun activities. The aim is to give young people a place to socialise, meet friends, have fun and take part in a range of fun and enriching activities. The South Mobile is a place where young people…

• Can engage with trained youth workers who have been recruited using standards of safeguarding applied by Nottinghamshire County Council.
•Access information and advice on a range of topics.
•Will be encouraged to voice their own opinions and have a say in how the project is run.
•Participate in sports such as cricket, football, tennis, badminton, volleyball and circus skills.
•Can access board games, console games, listen to music and they can even take part in our karaoke nights
•Have the opportunity to take part in trips out, for example ice skating, bowling etc. Here is where we go:-


Tuesday Muirfield Rd Park, Arnold, 6pm - 8.15pm
Weds Bestwood Village. Near park, 6pm - 8.15pm
Thurs Killisick, Arnold, Near Rec park 6pm - 8.15pm
Friday Inhamnook Rec park, Chilwell 6pm - 8.15pm

We are delighted to announce that Forever Stars have joined forces with RockCorps to help develop our Serenity Garden and as a result, if you are aged between 16 and 25, you could access the most exclusive concert tickets in Nottingham on April 8th to see Tinie Tempah and friends!

All you have to do is:

1. Sign up with RockCorps,
2. Commit to 4hrs volunteering on Thursday 2nd April at the Serenity Garden
3. Come along and do your volunteering
4. Claim your ticket at the end of the 4hrs volunteering
5. Go to the money can't buy concert at RockCity on the 8th April

All volunteers will be supported by members of the RockCorps team and the Forever Stars team, they'll also get refreshments and an exclusive RockCorps t-shirt.

RockCorps are hoping to engage with 2000 16-25 year olds and give them a taste of the benefits of volunteering. If you know someone who you think would like to take part, please let them know.
