Kettle-bell or Dumbbell Complex 6-8 rounds
KB Swings x12
KB Clean x 10
KB Front Squat x 8
KB Overhead Pess x 8
KB Row x 10 each side
KB Lunges 5 each side
Do all these 60second rest then go again
If you have any thing left
Core Finisher 3 rounds
KB Russian Twists x 10 each side
KB Plank Pull through 10 each side
KB Sit up to press x 10
60 second rest at the end
