Ellie-Mae Blinco joined the hospital in our first cohort of T-Level students in September 2024 before securing a role as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) on Adam Bede ward.

Since then, Ellie-Mae, who would like to become a nurse, has also completed her care certificate and was recently presented with her certificate and badge.

The care certificates ensure HCAs have the skills, knowledge and understanding to be able to provide safe and competent care.
