What a fantastic keep fit session today! If you’re looking for an exercise class that incorporates exercises to suit all needs, is friendly, accepting and challenges you then look no further.

Begin with your seated warmup exercises then complete the boot camp by spending a minute per exercise (this can be anything from boxing to weights).
End the session with stretches and relaxation techniques.

You’ll leave feeling pumped and ready for more.
