Join me for a soul-soothing hour of deep rest and vibrational healing. In this calming session, we'll journey through a nurturing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice and ending with a blissful sound bath of healing frequencies.

✨ August is a time of late summer stillness, a perfect opportunity to pause, reset your nervous system, and realign with your inner peace before the season shifts.
This session is perfect if you feel tired, stressed, anxious, or simply want to give yourself the gift of complete rest.
No yoga experience is needed. Just bring your beautiful self, cosy layers, and allow yourself to fully receive.

🌟 Yesterday we celebrated a huge milestone, my youngest daughter graduated! 🎓❤️

I’m so incredibly proud of her, not just for her academic achievement but for the amazing person she is and everything she does.
This post isn’t just about graduation, though, it's about love, pride, and support that go beyond titles, exams, or life paths.
No matter where you are in life, whether you’re graduating, starting over, finding your purpose, or just getting through the day, someone out there is proud of you. Someone out there loves you.

I’m proud of you. I love you.

Let’s remind our children, and ourselves, that it’s okay to follow a different path, to grow in your own way, and to become who you truly are. 💫

As parents, caregivers, and humans, holding space for that freedom is one of the greatest gifts we can give.

Come rest, soften, and surrender with me in this soul-soothing restorative class.
This session is all about letting go, of tension, busy thoughts, expectations, and anything else weighing heavy. You’ll be gently supported with bolsters, blankets, breath, and stillness as you melt into deeply held poses that invite calm, balance, and inner release.

Yesterday, I made a big mistake.

I filled my fairly new car with diesel instead of petrol.
The moment I realised, I felt a wave of stress rush over me. My heart sank.
But then... I paused.
I knew I couldn’t change what had happened.
So instead of going on my phone or Googling in a panic, I chose to sit, listen to calming music, breathe into my heart centre, and gently do Reiki on myself, and on my car.

What this moment reminded me is:
💛 we are all human
💛 we all make mistakes
💛 but we can choose how we respond

I haven’t always been like this. Years ago, I would’ve spiralled, becoming anxious, overwhelmed, maybe even unwell in my body. But years of yoga, Reiki, breathwork, sound healing… they’ve changed me.
These holistic tools have built something really precious:

resilience.

Not the kind that makes you push through stress, but the kind that teaches your body how to come back to calm.
When you regularly practice stillness,  through restorative yoga, yoga nidra, Reiki or sound healing (or other holistic ways)your nervous system learns safety. Your body remembers peace. And over time, it supports you when you need it the most.
You don’t always need to do. Sometimes, the most powerful healing comes when you allow yourself to simply be.

🟢 Pistachio Energy Balls Recipe 🟢

You asked , I delivered! 💚
So many of you wanted the recipe for these delicious little bites of goodness, so here it is! Perfect for a healthy snack, lunchbox treat, or that afternoon pick-me, up that feels indulgent but supports your body, packed with fibre, healthy fats, protein, and natural energy.

I made around 10–12 energy balls, each coming in at approximately 121 calories.

📝 Ingredients (makes 10–12 balls)

• 1 cup Medjool dates (about 10, pitted)
• ½ cup natural peanut/almond/nut butter
• ¼ cup gluten-free oats or organic rolled oats
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3 & fibre boost!)
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 1–2 tbsp water (optional, I didn’t need it)
• ¼ cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped (for rolling)
🥄 How to Make Them

• Pit the dates and soak for 5–10 mins if they feel dry. ( I didn't do these!)
• Add all ingredients (except pistachios) to your blender or food processor.
• Blend until a sticky dough forms.
• Divide and roll into 10–12 equal balls.
• Roll each ball in the finely chopped pistachios to coat.
• Chill in the fridge to firm up, then enjoy!
• Store in the fridge for 7 days or freezer for up to a month.

⚖️ Calories per ball

✅ Approx. 121 calories each (if you make 12)
This may vary slightly based on your peanut butter or date size, but this gives a good ballpark.

✨ Hormone-friendly
✨ Full of fibre, plant protein + healthy fats
✨ Gluten-free (if you use gluten free oats)
✨ Naturally sweetened

This one-hour experience combines:

💤 Yoga Nidra (guided yogic rest)
🔔 Sound Healing with gentle bowls + chimes
🌬️ A deeply cooling, grounding space to come home to yourself
