A Self-Care Wellness Afternoon for Women
An afternoon dedicated to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with YOU — because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.
This 4-hour wellness experience will include:
• Gentle yoga, including optional partner work
• Guided meditation and mindfulness to calm the nervous system
• Simple massage techniques to release tension
• Journaling and guided reflection exploring self-compassion and self-worth
• Herbal teas, matcha and nourishing snacks
A space to rest, be held, and celebrate love — starting with yourself.
