A Self-Care Wellness Afternoon for Women

An afternoon dedicated to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with YOU — because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.

This 4-hour wellness experience will include:
• Gentle yoga, including optional partner work
• Guided meditation and mindfulness to calm the nervous system
• Simple massage techniques to release tension
• Journaling and guided reflection exploring self-compassion and self-worth
• Herbal teas, matcha and nourishing snacks

A space to rest, be held, and celebrate love — starting with yourself.

Sunday 15th February

1st September is here already. Who’s ready to welcome in those cosy autumn nights.. and who like me is craving those long summer evenings..
I’m hear to tell you about 2 fairly new classes on my schedule. Both classes are at the lovely Balance Wellbeing studio located in Weddington, Nuneaton.

Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm Unwind

A gentle Slow Flow practice focused on calming the nervous system. Flow through stress-releasing poses and breath that ease the day out of the body, with a moment of stillness to finish up with. Expect a slow pace, soft activation, and a peaceful unwind.

Saturday mornings 8am Energise

A feel-good Vinyasa class designed to activate your energy and reconnect you with movement that feels nourishing, not draining. Expect flowing sequences and playful transitions—perfect for those craving a reset and a clear, energising start to the weekend.

Good Evening,

I would like to invite you to Hood Lane Farm for my monthly Sunset yoga session. Please use link below to book or message for more info.🧘🏻‍♀️

This months class will take place Wednesday 11th June

An energising flow combining breath and movement.
Connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga can help you feel relaxed, gain strength and improve flexibility and mobility.
The class will begin with some grounding breath work before moving into our flow and finishing with a relaxing yoga Nidra as the sun sets over us.

Classes vary each month and all levels are welcome.

Please bring your own mat and any props you may need for your practice. Also please bring a blanket to cover yourself for the end of practice.
Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing.
