Have you finished all your Christmas chocolate and sweet treats yet? 🍫

Don’t throw those empty tubs away - Tub2Pub is back for 2026!

Last year, Tub2Pub raised over £10k for us by recycling over 240,000 tubs. With your help, we can beat that record in 2026!

You have until 15th February 2026 to drop off your clean, empty plastic tubs at any participating Greene King Brewery pub, restaurant or hotel, and they’ll help recycle them for you.

The money raised from recycling the plastic helps fund Macmillan’s vital support services. ♻️

Spotlight on Vitamins A & B: Small Nutrients, Big Impact
Keeping our bodies nourished doesn’t have to be complicated. Two groups of vitamins that quietly support our everyday well-being are vitamin A and the B vitamins, each playing a unique role in helping us feel our best.
Vitamin A: The Protector
• Vision
• Skin health
You’ll find it in colourful fruits and veg like carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, mangoes, and apricots, as well as dairy, eggs, and oily fish.
B Vitamins: The Energy Builders
• Energy
• Brain function
They’re found in whole grains, dairy, eggs, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, legumes, and leafy greens. Because B vitamins are water-soluble, we need regular intake to keep levels topped up.
When we understand what these vitamins do, it becomes easier to make small choices that support our long-term health, especially for those living with chronic conditions where fatigue, skin health, or immune support are daily considerations.
