Hi all! It’s been a long while since I’ve posted anything. This is thanks to you guys for following me and keeping me busy at work.

Just thought I’d let you know why the clinic is closed at the moment .

Unfortunately, I’ve had to have a new hip replacement due to an old Rugby injury that got Miss diagnosed 10 years ago. Therefore, I’m having to practice what I preach and stay off work and do rehabilitation, with the hope to get back as soon as possible. I’ll give you regular updates on when the clinic will be open and hopefully I’ll start posting again . Thanks for all your support and I hope you continue to watch my Instagram and pages.. lastly, if anyone wants me to post any tips and tricks on my progression, I’ll gladly give my advice on what I’ve done so far and what to expect as I’m just over two weeks into recovery.

Me, Elle, Lisa and other small busines owners in Centenary Business Centre have been working hard this week supporting ABW Studio & Media Crews efforts in raising funds and supplies desperately needed in Ukraine 🇺🇦

Even though I feel sickened, saddened and emotional about the war in Ukraine, humanity has been slightly restored this week by watching members of the public in my area bring much needed aid and money to try and ease the suffering. Many stories and tears have been shared this week and to see all nationalities and ethnicities pull together, proves that we can all live as one, in peace ☮️

Chilblains are small, itchy, red patches that can appear after you have been in the cold. They usually clear up on their own.

What you can do about chilblains
Chilblains usually go away on their own in 2 to 3 weeks.
There are things you can try to:
* get rid of them yourself
* stop them coming back
Do
*  take paracetamol or ibuprofen to ease the pain
*  avoid being outside when it's cold or damp
*  wear warm, waterproof clothing, gloves and thick socks if you do go out when it's cold or damp

Don’t
*  do not put your feet or hands on a radiator or under hot water to warm them up
*  do not smoke or have drinks that have caffeine in them – this can affect the flow of blood in your fingers and toes
*  do not scratch or pick at your skin
