Hi everyone!

Just a little one to say thank you so much to everyone who has been to a Happy Baby Class over the past few months! I've absolutely loved it ❤️

Lots of you have messaged asking about classes, so I thought I'd just post on here to say that I'm taking a little break to go on maternity leave!

So funny how in my last massage class we were talking about twins, and I said I'd love to have twins come to my classes, and now I'm about to have my own! 😅

I will be back, so please keep an eye on my page and share with any new mamas!

In the meantime, please send any twin tips my way 😅

Join me on Tuesday mornings for a lovely 4 week baby yoga course!

Learn skills that last a lifetime while relaxing and spending quality time with your baby 🌟

Baby yoga has lots of lovely benefits for you both, including:

💜 Learn to deepen your breathing

Each week we cover a new breathing exercise and gentle stretch for you, followed by some yoga for your little one, and some yoga that you do together!

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all the moves are suitable if you've had a C section.

If your baby has an additional need, I am more than happy to talk with you about how yoga can benefit your baby so please get in touch!

It's been so lovely starting classes back up again!

A huge thank you to everyone who has come along to baby massage and baby yoga this year, I've loved having you all! ❤️

I have a 4 week block of baby yoga starting on Tuesday mornings in January at the gorgeous with 5 spaces currently available, treat yourself and your baby to some quality calm time together after the Christmas craziness!

I'm so excited to announce that Happy Baby Yoga and Massage Classes are coming back! 🙌

After 2 years off to focus on my new job and spending time with my little love, I am delighted to be starting classes again at the beautiful in Weddington 💜

Dates for booking will be released soon, but the first block will start in August/ September and will take place on a Tuesday morning from 10.30 till 11.30 💜
