Another amazing Transformation at EHPT

We are delighted to share another fantastic transformation here at EHPT.

Vicky has been training with me since November, and over the last five months, she has made incredible strides in her fitness journey.

By integrating functional weight training into her existing running routine, she has achieved a significantly healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

EHPT Approach

👌We focused on a sustainable strategy to ensure Vicky reached her goals without sacrificing her social life:

🥦Nutritional Optimisation: We worked on refining her nutrition by making "smart swaps." This allowed Vicky to enjoy a higher volume of food while staying within her calorie targets, keeping her feeling fuller for longer.

🏋️Efficient Programming: Vicky attends just one PT session per week. Combined with her participation in our January HIIT challenge, she has proven that impressive results can be achieved with a focused, once-weekly addition to a training schedule.

🍾Flexibility: True progress is about longevity. Vicky maintained her results throughout the Christmas period, various holidays, and weekends away (I'm sure lots of naughty foods and alcohol was involved)
All proving that you don't have to put your life on hold to get fit...

The Next Phase
🏋️‍♂️To complement her running, we utilised high-repetition resistance work and short bursts of HIIT. The results speak for themselves.

As we enter the next eight-week block, we are stepping things up. It is time to increase the weight and focus on progressive overload to achieve that lean muscle definition

Wow wow wow KAY! 🤯 Give this lady some love by loving this post or commenting, she deserves it !

Firstly I want to start this post stressing that the difference in these to photos is only 3lbs weight loss !! Kay has lost body fat and increased muscle mass and you can see the difference is mega!!
Secondly this has been achieved with two big holidays during the 4 month transformation , which took 5 weeks of our time together! but she has still smashed it. Kay has reduced her dress size and overall body mass! She is toned, strong and super healthy.

I can not praise this lady enough!! 100% dedication in implementing the small lifestyle changes, she feels fitter, stronger and healthier! Shes a super busy lady, loves being a hands on grandma, a women who helps and supports others, she loves cold water swimming too...she is now carrying all of this out with confidence and reduced fatigue, daily tasks are completed quicker allowing her more time for herself.
Having a fitter, stronger, healthier body offers longevity! You will be able to grow old enjoying life, doing things you want to do like playing with grandchildren, going out to do activities with friends, enjoying walks but most importantly being able to carry your shopping and doing general activities of daily living...as we age we need to be able to do so with the confidence we can look after ourselves and live life to the max!!
Don't just train for the results now.... train for the long term gains!
