If puffy eyes and a runny nose is your unwanted seasonal look, stop hay fever symptoms before they start by being proactive.

Keep windows closed during high pollen times, shower and change your clothes after you have been outside and vacuum frequently to remove pollen from indoors. Wearing sunglasses can also help reduce pollen irritation to your eyes, bonus that you'll look cool too.

Speak to your pharmacist, they can give you advice and suggest the best over-the-counter treatments to help manage symptoms. You can’t cure hay fever, but you can control it and reduce its impact.

Talking about death isn't easy, but it matters.

In emergencies, healthcare staff may have to make quick decisions about your treatment, even when you are not well enough to discuss what’s important to you.

That’s where ReSPECT comes in. It’s a simple form which is created by your healthcare professionals, in collaboration with you and your loved ones.

This will stay with you and should be readily available to any healthcare professionals who are called to assist you in an emergency.

This will enable them to make quicker decisions about your care, which are in line with your wishes.
