This coming Partial Solar Eclipse is about Transformation, Alignment and Recalibration.
Use the time from now until the solar eclipse tomorrow on Sunday 21st Sept 2025 to pause into silence. Allow a seed to be planted... a seed needs stillness and silence to grow.

In Sound Therapy it is important to embrace silences - don't rush to fill the pauses between instruments. Silences allow the body to adjust, assimilate what went before and to open to the new coming in.

Who doesn't love the sound of the ocean!
Having grown up at the seaside, the sound of the ocean drum really takes me back to happy times!
The sounds of the sea can invoke feeling of calm and take a person on a meditative journey which can greatly help settle the 'monkey mind' at the start of a sound therapy session.
Sizes of ocean drums vary in size and those at the academy range from 10" to 22" - but one will be perfect for you x

Rainsticks at the academy - which one is your favourite!
Playing is my favourite, the 1m thick cactus one.
Being able to try lots of types and makes of instruments is something that I believe I have nailed!
I want all my students to feel confident with their purchase choices and I'll go the extra mile to help them, all part of my one to one service/ tuition x

Using positive affirmations daily can help you change your vibe to a more positive, life affirming one!

I discuss this on this briefly during the intro to day 1 on my 5 day sound therapy practitioner course and highly recommend students using positive affirmation as 'homework'/ self-empowerment with their case studies and clients.

Louise Hay has some good books on the power of affirmations.

The important thing is to catch yourself when you notice the slip, then cancel the negative talk and 'correct' it with a positive statement. Hold the feeling that it is already true in your being, then you are resonating at this new vibration.
