𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐀𝐅𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄 🌰

Ingredients:
227 ml hot water
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1 sachet 1:1 Diet Cappuccino shake
Cinnamon powder

Method:
Boil spices in water for 10 mins and strain.
Cool a little.
Blend with 1 sachet Cappuccino shake.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and consume immediately.

I often get asked "Is it just soups and shakes"

And the answer is: No!

Although we do have some very tasty soups and shakes to choose from, there are 6 other product lines to choose from too!

There are lots of flavours to try too so no need to get bored with the same product every day..... unless you find one that takes your fancy for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

My personal favourites are our: Chocolate Chewy bar, Chicken Noodle Soup and Banoffee Bar 😍

Today I wore a dress to work!! Yes a dress!! I had a total melt down having to wear a dress to my daughters graduation and may have been smiling but was so uncomfortable! Today I felt good!! 🙌 💪 😃 xx
