A fantastic review for Ben and our Oakham centre:

"hank you to Healthy Hearing Oakham and especially Ben who came out to visit me at home. As these are my first hearing aids he took lots of time to explain everything including the options i had and was never pushy in trying to sell me something which i really appreciated.

Once i had made my decision on which hearing aids to have he fitted them and gave me the option to change my mind if i couldn't get on with them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben / Sally and all at Oakham healthy hearing , they made what i thought would be a very hard decision as easy as possible . I am delighted with my hearing aids and it has made life much more pleasant as i know now how much conversation I was missing."

A glowing review from a client at our Loughborough Centre

"After previous appointments with other centres offering specialist hearing treatments/solutions, none were really successful. However, after visiting Healthy Hearing in Loughborough, the customer experience was nothing short of successful.I was originally seen for a brief visual checkup, then booked in for severe ear wax removal from both of my ears today.

I was treated by Maria, who put me at ease and carried out my treatment successfully with the minimum of fuss.

I would whole heartedly recommend Maria and Healthy Hearing for any hearing issues you may have. Five stars out of Five for my review on the whole experience."

We pride ourselves on 5 star service not just for our clients but also their families too.

"My parents deal with the Oakhham branch, their audiologist Ben visits them at home. When Dad had a significant drop in the quality of his hearing Ben was first class. Ben did not attempt the sell the most expensive items but recommended what he honestly felt would best improve the situation.

Ben did an outstanding job, we no longer need to shout to be heard and Dad can once again hear the TV. Ben also recommended a device to help Dad's quality of hearing in noisy environments. Worth every single penny! We as a family have no hesitation recommending them.

All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would give 6 stars if I could."
