Reflexology The power holistic therapy can have on a receptive client still amazes me today.

I love working with energy and helping people take charge of their own health and wellbeing. There is so much that we can do to prevent illness and help ourselves keep fit and healthy. I want to be able to share what I know and help other people to feel more in control of their own well-being. The treatments I offer have wonderful health benefits but are often enjoyed by clients who want to enjoy a relaxing treatment (another self-healing benefit) only to find it helps them in other ways too.

Can’t sit still or focus? You’re not doing it wrong.
Mindfulness can be moving, walking, even washing up.
Keep it simple. Bring your attention back to what you are doing...walking, notice your steps, sitting, notice your breath, when you notice your attention wanders, gently bring it back to the moment.

Raising children while caring for an elderly or terminally ill parent?

No wonder you feel overwhelmed.

You’re not imagining it.
You’re juggling school runs, bedtime routines, and emotional meltdowns…
While also managing medication, hospital appointments, grief, and the heartbreaking weight of watching someone you love fade.

There’s a quiet kind of burnout that builds in these moments.
One that looks like coping — until suddenly, you can’t anymore.

I’ve written about my own experience of this in-between place. The part no one talks about. And I’ve shared a gentle practice that helped me feel more in control when everything felt too much.

🧡 If you’re holding too much, I hope this helps.

Being kind to you isn’t self-indulgent. It’s you remembering you’re human — messy, tired, brilliant all at once.

You don’t need to earn rest or prove your worth to deserve a moment of care. Especially if you’re carrying stress, burnout, ADHD, chronic pain, or overwhelm — the pressure to “keep going” can be relentless. But you’re allowed to soften.

You’re allowed to stop and take care of the parts of you that feel stretched too thin. The Kindfully Calm Toolkit is here to support you with quick, gentle mindfulness techniques and simple exercises that help improve mood, reduce stress, and bring more balance to your day.

It’s completely free and designed to support women like you with kind, practical tools that don’t add more to your to-do list. Click the link to get your free toolkit https://f.mtr.cool/vtvaqmbkpr and take a small step toward feeling more grounded, calm, and connected.

And if you’d like to feel supported in a kind space with others on a similar path, we’d love to welcome you into our new Kind Mind Club Facebook group. https://f.mtr.cool/gkputinfiy

10-Minute Mindfulness to Soothe Harsh Self-Talk
That voice in your head that says, “Not good enough.”
The one that replays mistakes, picks you apart, or whispers you’re falling short.

We all have it.
But we don’t have to believe everything it says.

This gentle 10-minute mindfulness practice is here to help you pause the spiral of harsh self-talk, take a breath, and offer yourself kindness instead.
You’ll be guided through a simple awareness-based practice to notice your inner critic — not to fight it, but to meet it with compassion.
