Reflexology The power holistic therapy can have on a receptive client still amazes me today.

I love working with energy and helping people take charge of their own health and wellbeing. There is so much that we can do to prevent illness and help ourselves keep fit and healthy. I want to be able to share what I know and help other people to feel more in control of their own well-being. The treatments I offer have wonderful health benefits but are often enjoyed by clients who want to enjoy a relaxing treatment (another self-healing benefit) only to find it helps them in other ways too.

Curious about meditation but not sure where to start?
If your mind has been feeling busy or overwhelmed lately, this gentle session may be exactly what you need.
This relaxed online session is part of a short Meditation Discovery Series, offering simple introductions to different meditation practices.
Rather than spending a long time talking about meditation, we’ll spend most of the session experiencing the practice together, so you can discover how meditation feels in your own mind and body.
