I would love to start a Rutland Foot Health Walking Group to encourage more people to get outside, stay active, and have some fun! 🌿👣
This group is for all abilities—whether you enjoy a gentle stroll, a steady-paced walk, or you’re up for a big challenge, there’s a place for everyone. It’s all about moving more, feeling better, and enjoying great company!
To keep us all connected, I’ll be setting up a WhatsApp group so we can arrange our own meet-ups in between the monthly walks, share progress, and stay motivated!

Each month, we’ll meet up for a walk at a comfortable pace—and of course, we’ll finish with a coffee or maybe even a stop at the pub! ☕🍷
🏃♀️ Thames Path Ultra Challenge – Who’s In?
For those looking for an extra challenge, I’d love to put together a team—the Rutland Foot Health Team—for the Thames Path Ultra Challenge in support of Diabetes UK.
🏃♀️ The challenge is flexible:
✅ Choose your distance: 25km, 50km, or 100km
✅ We start together, but you finish at your goal distance
✅ Walk at your own pace—it’s not a race, just a challenge!
✅ Great support & an amazing sense of achievement!
📅 Event Details:
📍 Thames Path Ultra Challenge – 13th-14th September 2025
🏞 Route: Putney Bridge to Henley-on-Thames, passing some iconic landmarks
