I hope everyone is settling well into the new term. It was lovely to see and connect with those who joined us for our Stay and Play session during half term.

Please remember to let me know if you’re unable to attend an event you’ve booked, so we can offer the space to another family.

A short survey has been emailed out — if you haven’t already, please take a few moments to complete it. Your feedback really helps us plan future activities.

📍 Oakham Castle Grounds, Market Place, Oakham, LE15 6DR

RRFSC will cover the cost of your first hot or cold soft drink.

Please use the small car park for Oakham Castle. The café is on the right-hand side of the building — follow the path around and you’ll see the entrance. You’ll need to collect a parking permit from the café to display in your car while you’re there.

We aim to provide social, recreational, educational and therapeutic support for children and families with additional needs.

Hello I have been over to Bumps & Beyond in stamford to get some items for our sunflowers group and thought I would share incase any of our families could benifit from the charity.

You can get clothes, toys, parms and baby items and donate to the charity. Some items have suggested donations.

I was very impressed with what was on offer and think its great there is an organisation like this close by.

✨ What an amazing SEN Family Fun Day! ✨

We loved seeing so many families come together to enjoy a day filled with fun. From the BBQ, ice cream, and bouncy castle to the silent disco and sensory activities. The smiles, laughter, and togetherness made it truly special. 💜

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, to those who kindly donated, and to the brilliant Rutland Parent Carer Voice and Aiming High for linking together with ourselves, making this possible. 🙌

Special thanks also to Oakham School for generously providing the space and to Emma Community Champion @ Tesco Oakham for donating items for our sensory activities – your support means so much. 🌟
