Day five: a small action to boost your mental health and wellbeing.
Try some light exercise. This could be a stroll in the park or a five-minute movement video on YouTube. Pepper’s has chair exercise classes for EVERYONE, including yoga, tai chi, Pilates and a fitness session that’s a bit like a disco on a seat!
