COVID SPRING BOOSTER CAMPAIGN

We will be holding clinics on Friday afternoons on the following dates:

• 24th April
• 1st May
• 15th May

All eligible patients should have received a text message with further details. Please follow the link provided in your message to book an appointment, or call our reception team on 01749 840233 if you need assistance.

Our care home residents & housebound patients will also be contacted and given their vaccination in the coming weeks.

THE HOPE PROGRAMME

The Hope Programme is a free self-management course designed to empower you to discover your strengths and find new ways to cope with whatever life throws at you.

It will help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and what to do about them.

Delivered online across the South West and in-person in Dorset, Devon and Cornwall - you choose what works for YOU.

Learn new skills that will help you on your journey to feeling better and more hopeful.

The Hope Programme is a 6 or 8 week digital self-management course based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy, built on 25 years of research evidence.

You can now book your spring COVID-19 vaccine online or via the NHS App.

If you’re entitled to free NHS prescriptions, please remember that you will be asked to provide proof of eligibility when collecting your medication.

If you’re unable to show evidence at the time of collection, you will need to pay the standard prescription charge. You can then claim a refund from the NHS Business Services Authority.
