There was a time I never thought I’d be here.
I was at my lowest mentally — navigating ADHD, other mental health challenges, a separation, grief after losing my stepdad, and honestly feeling completely lost in myself. My health had slipped, my confidence was gone, and I wasn’t in a good place physically or emotionally ❤️🩹
Walking into the gym was one of the hardest but most important steps I’ve ever taken.
With support from Cheryl and the incredible team here, I built a routine when I had none. I found strength when I felt weak. I found calm in the chaos. Through consistent training, guidance with nutrition, and learning to manage my PCOS, I’ve started taking control of my body and my mind again. I’m building muscle, losing weight in a healthy way, and most importantly — rebuilding myself.
Now? The gym isn’t just somewhere I train. It’s my space. My therapy. My time. My strength. 🏋🏻♂️
I couldn’t imagine not being here. 🙏🏻
