Today I guided a client through her very first past life hypnotherapy session. She came in nervous, convinced she “wouldn’t get anything”

Instead… she went deep....
She saw a full past life with incredible clarity: who she was, the life she lived, the moment she passed, the space between lives, and even the decision to return and learn the lessons she chose for this lifetime

Past life work is about gaining insight and understanding. It helps you see the bigger picture of your soul’s journey so you can live a more purposeful, soul-led life right now

We’re told grief should go away on a timeline. We’re told to be “strong.” But grief isn’t about weakness — it’s about love that refuses to be lost. Loved ones don’t disappear into silence; their energy stays with us. Their laughter, the phrases they used, the way they loved you — those things are still here.

That’s what evidential mediumship does: it brings evidence. Specific details. Gentle proof. It’s not guesswork or warm fuzzies — it’s clear, respectful connection that gives you something real to hold onto. I’m not perfect at everything (neither are you), but connecting with Spirit? I’ll own it — I’m damn good at it.
