This week is Nutrition and Hydration week. A good dietary and fluid intake contributes to restful sleep, reduces confusion, reduces the risk of UTIs, reduces the risk of falls and promotes good skin integrity and wound healing.
A huge thank you to Cassie, our Nutritional Champion for all her hard work and liaising with our Activities Team and Kitchen staff in organising this weeks events.
