Our good friends from Beyond Vision will be holding their monthly meeting here at the Dove Centre, on Stevenson Street, on Wednesday, 1st October.
You are welcome to drop by from 10am until midday on Wednesday...and as it says on the poster, 'there is always Tea/Coffee on the go'

Just a wee reminder that a fantastic evening of song, is almost with us, when Taynuilt Community Choir are putting on a concert in the beautiful setting of St.Orans Church, Connel on the 27th September in aid of your Oban Hospice Dove Services.
To be sure of your ticket(s), they can be purchased from the Oban Hospice Dove Centre, Stevenson Street, Oban. Any remaining tickets will be available at door.

Thank you to a special Oban Lady who has walked and walked during 2025, all in aid of supporting Oban Hospice Dove Services.
Stella McIver recently completed Edinburgh Kiltwalk the final 2025 walk.
Stella was joined by friends, Jennie, Christine and Aeltsje, on the Glasgow and Edinburgh walks.
It wasn’t just a simple stroll! Stella had to overcome excessively hot conditions to complete the Dundee walk raising a fantastic amount which currently stands at approximately £2000, with donations still coming in.
On behalf of the of our great Oban and North Lorn community. Thank you Stella for all your efforts.

You will support our small team with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day staff line management and financial administration of OHL, ensuring it operates effectively, efficiently and professionally.

Girls' Late Night Shopping
Susan at Moonbay, George Oban, invites you to join her between 5pm and 8pm on Thursday, the 18th, and Friday, the 19th of September, for an evening of Late-Night Shopping, with all proceeds from the sale of New & Pre-loved Cloths, shoes, and Accessories, donated to Oban Hospice Dove Services.

Welcome to the Oban Hospice September SuperDraw from the Dove Centre. For the this month’s draw host, David Evans from our fundraising group was joined by Ruth Gordon from Taynuilt Community Choir, to draw the all important numbers. This £200 first prize was won by Mairi Smith and the £50 2nd prize went to Michael Campbell. Congratulations to both and thank you to everyone who are supporting the monthly draw. Names published in this post are done with the consent of the respective individuals.
